With 17 years of teaching experience in public and parochial schools across diverse settings — urban, suburban, and rural — Milt understands music education from the ground up. He later served in key university roles, including Director of Bands and Instrumental Division Director at Eastern Illinois University, and Associate Director of Bands/Visiting Associate Professor of Music at The Ohio State University.
Having worked with legends like Frederick Fennell, John Paynter, Timothy Reynish, and James Croft, Milt combines deep knowledge with global perspective, including conducting appearances and clinics in Rwanda, Zambia, Uganda, Haiti, Tanzania and Singapore among others.
